Citibank and Chase

Haven't been able to connect to Citi or Chase checking accounts since 11/06/2021. Been escalated to Quicken support to Level 1, 2, 3, 4 and then they quit. They have no ideal why I can't connect and no solutions. I have tried all of December to see what I can do about it, but nothing. I can only connect individually to these accounts and then have to download files which are then imported into Quicken. I've used Quicken since it's beginning and doubt that I will continue. If anyone has the same issue or some idea of actually resolving it I would appreciate the help.
