Launch non-Quicken document from toolbar ?

I'm an active Quicken user and have collected many notes about questions, tips, resources, issues etc. related to Quicken.

Is there a way to launch Word or other documents from the Quicken toolbar? It would make things a bit more convenient while I'm working in Quicken.

    Just pin the Word icon to the taskbar and launch from there.
