Memo/note field

Is there someway to add the content of the Memo/note field to reports. For major purchases I note what was bought in this field. Would like to capture this information on yearly spending report.

    For Transaction reports, click the View menu at the top, then Columns. Or right click on the column headers. Once you are showing the Memo column, you can grab the header and slide it into the order you wish and you can resize by grabbing the divider between columns.

    You may wish to save the report as a template so you don't have to do this each time.

    This doesn't work this way for the "Other Reports" e.g., Payee and Category Summary, which have their own "Show memo" checkbox. But I recommend NOT using these reports as they are legacy reports being deprecated and are known to be inaccurate at times.

    And adding the Memo column works only on reports that display individual transactions, of course.
