I am aghast at how long it is taking to resolve the Charles Schwab download issues. Quicken has not worked for me for almost 2 months. I have worked through the connection issues, created a new Quicken file, reactivated accounts, reloaded data and still the data is incorrect. If I call Support I get people unfamiliar with the problem. If I ask for a next level support person, I am told they can call back in 10-12 days. Are other users having issues with positions missing from Bond accounts? I am ready to retire Quicken at this point.
