Dropbox code already been used

I'm an trying to log into Dropbox and I get an error that the code has already been used. How do get this fixed?

    From where did you obtain your copy of Q? Because it sounds like the seller used the code and then sold to you an "other than fresh" product.

    I bought it several years ago and I had it set to backup on a now deactivated Dropbox account.

    So it was YOU that had previously used the code.  You can try contracting Q Support ... but I don't know if they can help you.

    I have the same problem and will call tomorrow during the day to chat with a real person at Quicken When the Quicken subscription renews, they should give out a new DropBox code. It is not a DropBox problem.

    it certainly helps to have all the facts...
    Are you saying you already HAVE used the DropBox code for a period of time -
    and then Renewed your Quicken - but the Dropbox service was maybe only valid for a 1 year term ?
