Error when trying to connect account - Edenred Commuter Benefits ERROR:FDP-189 (Q Mac)

This is the message I get:

"Quicken encountered an error while communicating with our servers.
Try again later. If the error persists, contact Quicken Support.
AGGREGATOR_IN_ERROR (CP_SCRIPT_ERROR:FDP-189)"

What does this mean and can it be fixed?

    If waiting a few days does not resolve, contact Quicken support. This is a server side error.
