Do other Quicken users have multiple data files that download different Charles Schwab accounts?

I have two data files that contain different Charles Schwab accounts. I read that this will cause problems with the account download process. It will require "Resetting" the account connections when downloading account data in each Quicken file. Are others experiencing problems with this setup?
