I'm having trouble downloading my bank tranactions.

It worked fine until 12/03/2021 then it stopped until 12/31/2021 so all those transactions are not in the system.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having difficulty with your account(s). To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, what financial institution are you using? What error codes/messages are experiencing? Lastly, what connection method are you using? 

    To check the connection method being used select Tools >Account List >Edit account details >Online services. 

    Please elaborate so that we may provide the proper guidance.

    I'm using South State Bank and I didn't have any trouble until December 2021 then It skipped the whole month. I have not received a error code. I will look at the Account list. Thanks
