Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. By any chance do you have a VPN? If so I would advise turning it off. Also, could you please let us know if you this is occurring with one or multiple accounts?

To Quicken Paloma, Did not use VPN, Tried help article, did not help. I have contacted bank and they need a Quicken ticket number in order to contact Quicken to try to resolve the issue. How do I get that number? Thanks for the help.
