Why can't I download Amazon Store Card Transactions into Quicken?

My Amazon Store Card issued by Synchrony Bank does not connect to download transactions in Quicken for Windows, It returns Error 503

Hi @markstg1, I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. Is this when you're trying to connect the account for the first time? The 503 error indicates this is an incorrect login issue. When you try to add the account, are you using the case "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony" or "Synchrony Bank Credit Cards"? I would recommend trying both, however "Amazon.com Store Card - Synchrony is likely the correct one to use. When you select one, it has a blue link that takes you to the site so you can verify it's the same website you use to sign in and make sure your login works there. Please let me know if this helps!
