Reconciliations keeps changing after syncing

I thought maybe I accidentally changed an entry but this is now happening quite frequently. I go to reconcile and my beginning reconciliations are off. I spend hours trying to figure it out and finally find a duplicate from 5 years ago. Then it happens again the next month. This has happened for many months now and appears to be an issue with the Quicken syncing. Quicken records a duplicate transactions and marks as R reconciled in the register so it is so hard to find them. I usually have to go back several years just to find the entry. I now have to keep a separate spreadsheet to track my previous reconciliations. [Removed - Rant]

Thank you for coming to the Community to report the issues you are having, though I apologize you are experiencing this.
Please save a backup and then go to Edit>Preferences>Mobile & Web>Reset your cloud data.
This will reset the data through the Quicken cloud and should clear up the issue you are having.
