For months now, my Quicken program will not update.

With each auto update I get a long error message wich basically says "The process cannot access file....... because it is being used by another process." I don't know what this means and impossible to get hold of anyone in Support.

Hello @sheath48, I'm very sorry that you're experiencing this issue and for the inconvenience. Typically this error occurs when there is something on your computer stopping the update such as cloud storage like Dropbox or OneDrive. I would recommend trying to install our Mondo Patch which will manually update Quicken. Here is the patch,
