Bank of America download

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Have been Quicken customer for lots of years. Never a problem. Several months ago I noticed my downloads from BOA were returning with no transactions even though I knew tere were new cleared items. I've ignored the issue, my fault, but now I'd like to get it fixed. Tried again today. No newly cleared items.....totally blank lines. What's up?

Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, are you getting any error codes or messages? What connection method are you using? Lastly, is this occurring in one or multiple accounts?
To check the connection method select Tools >Account List >Edit account details >Online Services.
Please elaborate so that we may provide the proper guidance.

No messages.
Download from BOA website, no change from previous years.
Single account only.0 -
The ONLINE SERVICES page has no information filled in.....
Back on the ACCOUNT LIST page the information is filled with Bank of America - all other states0 -
Thank you for that information @lwwillis, can you please try resetting your account? Here are the steps to do that;
- Go to Tools > Account List.
- Click on Edit.
- Select Online Services.
- Click Reset Account.
- Quicken Jade0
