How do I track 1099 misc information for a contractor in Home, Business, & Rental property?

    A 1099Misc or the new 1099NEC for your own income or for contractors you paid?

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

    Quicken doesn't have "1099" tracking.  You can create categories/tags to record the information in Quicken, but any generation of a 1099 is outside the use cause of Quicken.
