Control over Top Payee panel on dashboard

Hi. IMO, the Top Payee panel is not very useful unless I can omit payees and control which accounts are examined. My example - each month, I have thousands of dollars go through a VISA card. As a result, VISA is my top payee. What I want to do is eliminate that as a possible payee so that those who are paid via VISA become the candidates for the list - not the VISA service. Similarly, I do not want any of my investment accounts used for this panel because they often contain big ticket payouts for reasons that are not interesting to me compared to all of those VISA transactions. So, I'd like to disable individual payees from consideration and fence off certain accounts from the Top Payee process. Make any sense?
