"Done" button doesn't appear.

The "Done" button doesn't appear after accepting all downloaded transactions. Only happening in one account. The "Done" button does appear if I open reconcile. On other accounts the "Done" button appears after I've accepted the last downloaded transaction.
Sometimes there is a delay for some accounts within Quicken in the appearance of the "Done" button. I have noticed this from time to time. However I have found that if you leave that page and then return, the done button will appear. I have viewed this as a minor annoyance for some time, but have not seen any other effects as a result of it.
