US Bank Mortgage shuts down Quicken

When I try to open my existing US Bank mortgage account, Quicken completely shuts down and Quicken closes.

For instance, does Quicken crash when you click to open the account or when attempting to sync/update? Is this occurring for any other account(s)? Also, how long have you been experiencing this? 

    Please elaborate further so that we may provide guidance.
