Account Bar Balance Incorrect when Show Savings Goals in Transactions is selected

I have had this problem off and on for years, I have had to rebuild my accounts several times and I can't believe it has not been fixed yet.

When I have savings goal transactions displayed the account balances are correct on all accounts. When I turn off show savings goals in the accounts the dollar amounts are incorrect. Once account does not actually have any savings goal transaction the other does.

I have tried all recommendations throughout the years and had just rebuilt my file back in December when the next update was pushed the error started occurring again, I do not know if they were associated may have just been when I noticed it.

By now this should be fixed otherwise what is the point of using savings goals.
