connecting with my bank

I have had problems connecting with my back so my quicken will not set up with my bank they have resolved this once before but I don't remember how they did it..
Well.... you really need to help us with some details -What version ..... Help --> About QuickenWhat bank ... so we can look at what download options are availWhat is the problem you are seeing - is it already setup, but won't download - any Error message ?QWin Deluxe Subscription - Win100
