Error CC-502 Can't Add Bank of America credit card account

I "lost" one of the replies I read on an existing thread related to this error so can't reply on that thread.

The writer suggested logging in to one's Bank of America account then leaving the landing page with the account(s) open. Further, then add the account to Quicken while you are still logged in to Bank of America.

That process, after days of frustration without success in adding my accounts, worked flawlessly.
