Quicken to Truist Direct Connect

I don't see Direct Connect offered in Quicken for Truist.

This Truist website has it listed as available.

Thank you for coming to the Community with your questions and concerns.

I did check the Financial Institution list internally and I have confirmed that Truist currently only offers "Express Web Connect". 

I suspect that what you are seeing on their website is what was previously available with the two financial institutions that became Truist. 

The only thing I can suggest you do is to contact Truist directly and ask them if they plan to offer other connection methods. If so, they can contact Intuit to update their information when they are ready.
