Well Fargo Bank Bill pay not reliable

Been using Well Fargo Bank Bill pay for years. Last month entered just one check. It never got delivered but was marked cleared. Had to get my money back from Wells Fargo. This month I entered a check and it never got processed by Wells Fargo. Contacted Wells Fargo and they had no record of transaction. So uploaded another transaction to replace it. Looks like it got uploaded properly but Quicken says I still have a transaction to upload. So I tell Quicken to upload the same transaction again and it looks uploaded but Quicken says I still have a transaction to upload. Validated file and it is fine and dandy.
