Adding New Account

Trying to reconnect with my bank. I had changed my password. When I try to add back the account the system requests a pass code to be sent to my email or my sms telephone. Neither one responds with a pass code so I can continue adding my account. Help frustrated. Already spent 4 hours with Quicken Customer Service and my bank. No one can help.

    a few Q&A details -
    what bank - and is the passcode coming from your bank - and you never received it via email or text ?
    Do you get the same action when you sign into your bank online website ?
    Is this a new feature your bank has implemented - 2 step auth -
