Capital One download problems

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
This problem persists. I have tried to reactivate the online download multiple times but keep getting the message " Sorry. We encountered an error. (It's not your fault.) There is no code for the error. The problem has been going on since the last week in December. When will it be resolved?
