I'm having somewhat the same problem, but not quite. When I click to have my data from my bank downloaded, everything seems just fine. Except, nothing is downloaded. Quicken says it has no transactions to download, but I know that's not true. It used to work until I installed the new version. Any suggestions?0

Could you please provide the name of the financial institution in question? Also, are you which connection method are you using to connect (Express Web Connect or Direct Connect)? And are you receiving any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you could provide us with here, please?
