Pay Pal Transaction Fees are no longer downloading

Since Jan 11th, Pay Pal Transaction Fees are no longer downloading when updating that account. The Gross Amount is downloading correctly as normal, but the approx 3% fee that Quicken charges has disappeared. Has anyone else had a similar problem? It has been downloading fine for the past 3 years, and all of a sudden just stopped. I've reset the connection, deleted and created a new account, etc. without success. Using Quicken V. 6.5.1 for MAC OS 12.1.

Thank you for coming to the Community to report the issues you are having, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
Please provide me with
three examples
of the transactions that are missing. I will need
Payee, Date, and Amount
for all three.
Then go
Help>Report a problem
from within your Quicken software. Leave the log files attached and send them over to Quicken. Let us know once you have done this so we can take a look at the log files for those transactions for you.
