Cincinnati Financial Partially Working on "Bills"

Cincinnati Financial was on the list to get fixed. Recently (month ago) I added them again and now it went through the two-factor authentication and added the three accounts. One of my accounts has a bill do Feb 02. Quicken never picked up the statement. Today I deleted the accounts and added them back and the bill was picked up. Not sure when if and when this provider was fixed, but mentioning this fact. Since these are insurance policies there is not a lot of activity to check if working. Will see again in a month or so.
