Schwab Update

I know there were issues with Schwab that were supposedly resolved. When I open quicken I get a 'Fortinet Service access blocked for process rundll32.exe (PID 9228). Contact your system administrator if a trusted application is blocked' error message. This is after I uploaded the latest version. I spoke with the our system administrator and we do not have Fortinet. This error is being caused by something in Quicken. Any suggestions on how to resolve it?
