CC-501 error for days and days when trying to add Citi card to Quicken

I have been attempting to add my Citi credit card account to Quicken for 3 months now and repeatedly receive the CC-501 error when attempting to do so. Quicken support has told me the issue is being worked on. There has been no apparent progress on this. What will it take to get this fixed and when will it happen?

    Hello @Joe Klevorn, I'm very sorry to hear that you're still experiencing this issue. When you try and update the account is the financial institution name "Citi Cards" or "Citi Bank"? Thank you!

    After using the "Citi Cards" name, it worked after a few tries. I was able to add the credit card account and download transactions. The "Citi Cards" option hasn't been there in the past. Looks like adding it has resolved my issue. Thank you Jade and have a nice day!
