Yes, but your choices are very limited. In the
View
menu, select
Register Text & Row Settings
. You can select either System or Helvetica Neue for the register font. There are several variations of each but there's really not much difference between the two. You can also change the text size & row spacing.

I just moved over to the Mac side, sorry. Iam using Quicken Premier for Mac.
