Is this problem created by Schwab or Quicken?

    Hello @tdobosenski,

Thank you for coming to the community with your question.

Unfortunately, I don't think the credit or blame belongs to only one side or the other. Schwab made changes, in turn, Quicken had to make changes. I think both parties are doing what they can to work out the kinks.

If you have not yet done so you can check out the Open Alert we currently have for this issue. To stay up to date on progress made, bookmark the alert.

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

the bond price update issue has been going on now for over 2 1/2 months (since mid Nov). Why has this not yet been resolved? I am tired of doing a weekly manual update on bond prices in order to reconcile my Schwab accounts. The reason we pay a subscription fee to Quicken is to get accurate downloads of banking information. [Removed - Speculation]
