    Good morning, I believe Quicken needs to change the web link associated with our Sam's Club account to this web address https://samsclub.syf.com. This is the address we use to log into our accounts

    If your financial institution has changed its URL, then it will require them to submit a request to have it changed within Quicken.     I too am having issues with Sam's Club Mastercard through Synchrony Bank. My error says my bank account is locked, however I can log into my account at It is NOT the bank, https://samsclub.syf.com without any issues, Synchrony cust serv says my account is not locked. Also note that all my Synchrony CarCare credit card is sync'd with no issues. Once again, Quicken falls short
