Help with Wells Fargo communication with Quicken of MAC

Since changing from PC to Mac all of my online payments come thru as the same payee name and uncategorized.

I do have a few questions before we get started with any troubleshooting recommendations. What financial institution is the account registered with? Are you entering transactions manually or making use of online banking services? Have you noticed this across multiple accounts?
