Schwab accounts not downloading again

I contacted chat support and they said to click on account then hold ctrl/shift keys and update. worked for one account but not other schwab accounts, I was told I had to call support on Monday. [Removed - Speculation/Rant]

    I have the same problem. I get a message after the second account posts that there is a problem with the server. It says try again or leave for later. I never had this window nor the second account update issues until the new download process was implemented.
