Auto renewals

I kept getting reminders to update on stored payment information for subscription renewal. So I went in and updated the information but my subscription lapsed anyway. Had to go in a "buy it again."

I've gotten used to the buggy online components of the software (mostly by turning most of it off), but you would think a financial management software company could manage a simple online payment change.
