Report>Spending>Itemized Payee >>> not saving if payee contains "1099" input

On the Itemized Payee, and trying to customized the report by going to the "Payees" tab and if payee contains "1099", which by the way I have marked my payee's {1099} after the name of the payee so I can produce a report.

ISSUE:
It's not saving my 1099 input so it will filter the payees????  thus the report not working correctly.

    I just found that if I go to the Category tab then it saves it there.  So there is a bug in the system.  I should be able to save the input when entered on one of the other tabs for (if payee contains input)
