What is causing the error below whenever I try to update. Am many versions behind now.

The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w3352\base\RPMMigration\MigrationTool.exe' because it is being used by another process.

    The usual culprit is an anti virus program you have running as a service.
