Loan Escrow Amount Not Posting on Future Payments

For the past few years I am going into the Payment Details / Edit Payment Details, and clicking on the Edit on the Other line. While it takes me to a screen to enter my insurance and taxes escrow amounts, it never appears correctly when I enter my next scheduled payment. Every time I post a new payment, I am manually entering the amounts on the Split Transaction section. The first few years of Quicken this worked perfectly and it hasn't in years.
This is the only thing I hate with this Software
