Tracking options in Windows Quicken

I have never used QW for options but started to recently and I notice that it doesn't them correctly. Randomly shows up as "Unidentified securities". It definitely appears to handle incorrectly when I "roll" an option.

Does QW not support tracking options or is there something that I am missing?
