How do I balance my 2021 budget with a transfer from savings?
AnonymousMe
My budget in Quicken says I am $3895 over. What are some ideas to zero out the budget?

Why do you have to zero out your budget?
Your budget is a prediction of how much you are going to make and how much you are going to spend.
If the answer is, you are $3895 over you already know everything you need. As in you are going to need $3895 from your savings if everything goes as planned.
If this is really a cash flow question instead of a budget question, then I suggest that you use the projected balances instead.

Thank you for your perspective. You are no doubt correct.
I will look into the projected balances.
