cc 501 error when trying to update Capital One

Tried to do an update to my Capital One account in Quicken for Windows and received a cc-501 error. It says it's Quicken server problem.

Same problem that appears ongoing for many months. Just started today for me. Repeated requests for authorization cc-501 with a message from Capital One saying don't call them, it's a problem with the Quicken server.
