My financial institutions are using old URL for login so I can't auto update.

:( Is there a way to input the proper URL for auto update logins? The brokerage/mortgage company is listed but the URL has changed. I don't want to manually download and import.

Not a good way, no. Hypothetically you could edit the file where those URLs are stored, but it would probably just get replaced the next time you sync & you'd lose the changes.

The best thing would be to contact Quicken support with the name of the institution so they can work with the company to get the correct URLs.

What makes you think the internal Quicken configuration has the "wrong URL" ?
    What is the - brokerage/mortgage company ?

If the URL changed there is no guarantee that other aspects of how to connect and get the data didn’t change along with it.  If the financial institution didn’t inform Intuit of the changed URL so that it can be updated, it is likely there would be other problems too.  And so contacting Quicken Support is the best way to handle it.  Note Quicken Inc pays Intuit for this service.

They're not the correct URL because Quicken is using an older URL that will not allow login.
I can go to the correct URL in safari and login, but not through Quicken.
The URL you use as a bank online website visitor is NOT the same that Quicken uses to gain access to your accounts -
as you can see in my posting above...

Ps56k2: I'm not following your answer. Quicken has the www.evergreenhomeloans.com when I search for Evergreen but I can't connect through quicken to it. I don't see the second URL you listed as ACTIVE in Quicken, but it is the one I can use in safari to login to my account. Are you saying it is in Quicken?

The above text is from the Quicken financial institution file that is used for Quicken to connect...
The first URL is what you see on the Add Account page and is the normal "people" URL for accessing the website.
The second URL is the computer-to-computer URL that Quicken uses behind the scene during One Step Update.
If you are having issues - I would create TWO separate topics, so they can be followed with each separate company.

Right now I'll just deal with the mortgage with Evergreen. When I use the URL I get from the list in Quicken I get Screen Shot 2022-02-01 at 10.39.21 AM

I am having the same issue and haven't been able to connect with Evergreen Home Loans for some time now.
