Cannot add my NetXInvestor Account

I have been trying for a few days to add my NetXInvestor account. I have followed the login rules with the 3-digit financial org number+username, but keep coming back with the error message "It's Not Your Fault." I have already reported the problem. Is anyone else having this problem?
