Support keeps ghosting on me

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
i have been working on a connectivity issue for 6 weeks with MassMutual retiresmart which worked until november 15, 1021. i have had several support reps from quicken try to help me, they have asked for files given me tickets - said they would call me the next night and that never happens. The last person said they were sending me up to an analyst and i would get a call which never happened. i cant find a way in the system to escalate.
