Communicating with servers error.

Quicken Mac Subscription Member ✭✭
I keep getting an error message when updating my Quicken that says that "Quicken encountered an error while communicating with our servers". Also, my Edward Jones accounts aren't updating like they used to. Can anyone help with this?
