Can't set up new mortgage loan

Keeps entering a circular message and not setting up account. Tried using validate file as I have in the past, but it does not solve the issue.

Copy and Validate

Your post is the sixteenth discussion on this topic since December 2019 that I am aware of. We've been informed that all of the data files Quicken has received thus far with this issue have been resolved by performing the
Copy and Validate
.
