How to Add A Sunoco (Citi branded) Credit Card to Quicken

Cannot use Quickens online access to get to my Sunoco card that is a Citi Bank Retail service. Closest is Best Buy/ Citi... so they do allow it but just not to Sunoco.

Any ideas on how to set this up?

To clarify, if we do not yet offer a connection to a certain financial institution (or retailer in this case) the initiation must be from the third party. In addition, have you attempted to connect with the standard Citi Bank instance?
