One Step Update telling me there's new stuff when there isn't?

This is not a new problem - I'm just  getting around to reporting it.  See attached screenshot.  

The highlighted Delta accounts have no new transactions (no flag).  Yet the update summary says (for these accounts) there are 13 new transactions.

The highlighted Citi account has no new transactions, yet the update summary says there are 5 new transactions.

Is there something I need to reset, or why is it reporting these non-existent new transactions?
