Why is my Delete button on Quicken Disabled

I have downloaded Quicken Delete for Windows for the Quicken site. I have started entering my accounts and there was one account that I no longer want. I go to 'Account List', Select my account I want to delete, go into Edit and on the bottom my 'Delete' button is either grayed out or when I mouse over, mouse pointer turns into thinking icon. I'm I missing something in my preferences?
