Etrade not updating properly with Quicken

I am running Win 10 and have Quicken Premier 2022. I have four separate Etrade accounts . For years they have downloaded transactions and stock prices correctly. This morning three of the four downloaded the current correct value. One account was significantly off. I have tried updating three times and the portfolio still shows a significant difference . Has anyone else experienced with Etrade today ?

    Update. In one of my backups I found the correct amount/ number of shares of one of my Etrade investment accounts. In the version I am using with 3 of my 4 Etrade accounts which are correct, can I replace this one file and copy it from a backup to the correct version I am using ?

    Update again. I had a 3 day old version in the cloud which showed my correct balances in etrade. I downloaded to my laptop , ran the update again and was able to have the proper balances showing .
